Insider Chiro Method© was born in the chiropractic office, from years of clinical observation, testing and statistics. This is its story.
A decade of searching that led to the method.
The beginning
Dr. Joaquín Farías graduated from his second profession full of drive and motivation, determined to offer exceptional care to his community. From the start, he was committed to continuous improvement, always searching for the best tools to care for his patients optimally.
Exploration and refinement
Dr. Joaquín Farías set out on a journey of exploration and refinement across the many facets of chiropractic. In the art, he attended seminars on different techniques and earned recognition as an International Instructor of the Thompson Technique.
It was the inspiration and teachings of J. Clay Thompson that guided and encouraged him to develop his own approach: the Insider method. In philosophy, he successfully completed the ACP program at Sherman College of Chiropractic, where he was awarded an honor brick in recognition of his achievements and contributions. He also serves as a faculty member of that program.
In science, he has made significant contributions through publications and, notably, the Insider method became the sponsor of a scientific journal.
Insider Chiro Method© is born
While the world went through the turmoil of the pandemic, Dr. Joaquín Farías channeled his energy and attention into his office and chiropractic. Initially aiming to complement the chiropractic technique he was using, he began testing and gathering statistics on certain indicators that caught his interest.
This exploration led him to discover a broad set of new foundations and indicators. During this period, focused dedication and the extra time the pandemic gave him allowed for in-depth analysis, extensive testing and statistical data collection. Given the scope and uniqueness of his findings, and wishing to preserve the integrity of the Thompson Technique unaltered, he decided the best course was to develop a completely new, up-to-date method: Insider Chiro Method©.

But it goes further: to be recognized for their commitment to themselves, to their office and to the essence of chiropractic. I long to see our Insider community grow, refining our communication, elevating patient education and living Chiropractic with passion and complete dedication.”
